Lisa has been involved with agility since 2000, and she has been teaching it since 2003. Before becoming head trainer at Center for Canine Sports (CCS), she taught at several local facilities, including Dallas Dog Sports. Lisa also served as Training Director for DAWG (Dallas Agility Working Group).
She became a judge for USDAA (United States Dog Agility Association) in 2004 and for UKI International Agility in 2009. In addition, Lisa is a popular judge for AKC (American Kennel Club) agility events. Furthermore, she has attended many seminars over the years with top experts such as Melanie Wall Miller, Anna Eifert, and Dudley Fontaine, to name just a few.
With both a judging and teaching background, Lisa stays current with new trends in handling techniques as well as rule changes. She has owned and successfully run both small and large breeds of dogs, from Shelties to Border Collies.
